LEAF is not an organization- it is an invitation project for everyone who’s ideas, interests and beliefs go beyond social, economical, technical and infrastructure issues and who understand the importance and value of recognition and support of quality and Value based education in the DAV Learning Life Cycle Model. We help them in growing and to assist them to remain competitive in ever-changing electronic village.

The mission of LEARN TO EXCEL FOUNDATION is to empower DAV Learning communities for sustainable educational development and to foster a clear social and economical agenda. The foundation will take concrete measure on the mission to Scale, Enhance and Expand the diffusion of IT Literacy Projects among Knowledge Partners. Since learning is a continuous process hence LEAF mechanism to achieve the goal to Learn, Execute and Implement DAV Educational Model on the guidelines and principle formulate by DAV protocol hierarchy. The mission is to design an eFramework both for teaching and learning community using ICT tools and techniques. 

The overall goal of LEAF is to show and demonstrate the richness and diversity of value based education DAV have been giving.

It is an informal proposal towards the foundations of an Information Society for all members concerned including faculty members, Learners, students and Administrative Personalities in a manners to  reflect the different interests from Teaching Learning Methodologies and to integrate the DAV Knowledge Network into a Globalised  iNfoKnowledge Network where every individual without any differentiation could be a part of the Digital Revolution and be part of the Information and Knowledge based society.

ICTs are creatively used around the world, but only vary few know about it. LEAF bridges the literacy gap by finding out the best and putting them before local and global players in the field of education. LEAF Vision is to select few institutions of national importance from DAV hierarchy who have been operating since long in various states and to showcase their valuable contribution from time to time and to prepare such institutions according to global standards and enable them to participate in national and international events like Conclave, Summit, Conferences etc.

The long term goal of LEAF is to offers value added educational services to wide range of educational institutions including Schools, Colleges, Institutions imparting technical and vocational training etc. The primarily objective is to serve rural as well as remote educational institutions. 

LEAF Strategy are suitable for beginners or people wishing to gain a more comprehensive understanding of Information and Communications technologies that would  enable them to make better use of their physical infrastructures including  computer, peripherals as well as IT position in the workplace. Our methods provide a tutor-lead introduction though a range of applications, such as use of the Internet, Word Processing, Databases, Presentations and Spreadsheets.

In this methodology one can ask a question or offer an answer. They are the most effective technical support system used by Computing.

Some of the silent features of Strategy are:

LEAF in principle suggests that DAV must have their own URL in the form of Electronic Interface so that Vision and Mission LEAF dream to achieve sustainable development in the field of education could be executed.

LEAF sincerely believe that an effort definitely boost our confidence and encourage us to do better then best to achieve the future eVISION to Re-engineer and Reshape  DAV eDUCATIONAL MODEL using  DIGITAL DIVIDE STRATEGY.
